Oslo Photo Art School- OPAS is a private school founded in 1990 and owned by Emil Fedida, authorized and supported by The Royal Norwegian Department of Education and Science as a free school.OPAS guides his students into a development of photography creative placement in contemporary art arena. Photography has been transformed into a new visual phenomenon with unexplored possibilities. Pictures today face the challenge of being more involved in the allover art activities. OPAS prepare his students to meet those challenges.

Introduction.
Emil Fedida's teaching program DNM1989 gives a professional qualification in two dimension art picture making, gives knowledge of the allover art unity, analyzing own art making trough critical art evaluation. The program generates and develop two fundamental issues within art making, visual intuition and perceptual knowledge which helps the students to enter their subconscious exercising, having fun adjusting bodily message into powerful abstract picture language which is the true individual self conciseness – brevity, been aware of reasons to art making! Everything has a logical past history including our body and mind. By working under DNM1989 teaching program students became matured to deal with life as artists.
The school has the theoretical and technical necessities.Successful achievement will direct the students to be aware of what is to be a professional artist.
